आज मिती २०७३ - ०३ - २९ गते तदनुसार १३ जुलाई २०१६ का दिन   बिहानै उठेर हाम्रो एकटोली   एक   गाउँमा ब्यावसायिक रुपले कृषिकर्म गर्दै आउनु भएका कृषकहरुको माझं पुगेको थियो। यो छोटो समयमा हामीले कारीब १५ जना कृषकसँग प्रत्यक्ष भेटेर उहाँहरुको समस्या अनी चुनौती बुझी केही सल्लाह दिएका थियौ।   गाउँका अग्रणी कृषक श्री हरिप्रसाद घिमिरे ज्यु सँग अन्तर्वाता गर्दै गर्दा रामहरिले लिएको तस्बिर  स्थानको परिचय हामीले अवलोकन गरेको गाउँ धमिलिकुवा थियो। मर्श्याङ्दी नदिको किनारमा अवस्थित यस गाउँ अती   नै रमणिय लाग्दथ्यो। आन्तरिक देखी बाह्य पर्यटकहरुको समेत   बाक्लो उपस्थिती देख्न पाइन्थ्यो त्यहाँ। कोही कृषक घाम नभनी धान रोपिरहेका थिए भने कोही टनेलभित्र ब्यस्त देखिन्थे , हामी त्यहाँ पुग्दाको स्थिती यस्तै यस्तै प्राय : थियो। कृषकले भोग्नु परेको समस्या : १ ) उत्पादित तरकारीको बजार भाउ अत्यन्तै न्युन रहेकाले लागत मुल्य   पनि उठाउन धौ धौ परेको। २ ) भनेको समयमा बिउँ , मल अनी दक्ष् प्राबिधिकक

Nepalese Youth for Climate Action (NYCA)- Lamjung chapter had  organized a two days leadership training. I got chance to be a part of it which was held at Beshisahar, Lamjung on 1st  and 2nd  July 2016. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Firstly, I would like to  thank the entire organizing team for bringing out such a fabulous and interactive training program in our nearby city. Also, the efforts of supporter had coloured the program. The performance of all the participants of the very program is highly praisable. All the resource person who had given their performance in this program to motivate us in environment conservation matters a lot. Last but not the least I would like to thank from bottom of my heart to the NYCA-Central team for being so kind and pleasing during entire session and bringing so much innovative ideas inorder to flourish our overall skills.
